 施工操作管理系统采用全新开发的系统软件,可实现参数设置,质量检测,全过程施工参数记录,设备起停控制以及可视化施工动画模拟等功能。达到比机前施工更好的施工效率,以及更好的质量控制效果。

   本项目是针对高桩码头,海域碎石桩施工的典型工程。它是东帝汶政府在其首都帝力目前为止投资最大的工程,工程建成后将大大增加本国国际贸易及受惠予全体东帝汶人民。碎石桩工程占到整个项目工程额的40%以上,因此碎石桩工程能够顺利进行是该项目得以正常完工的重中之重。陆上完成最高SPT值50击的38300根制桩与海上完成最高SPT值70击的14500根制桩工程。本项目施工共投入碎石桩施工船两艘,粤工驳56号船搭载4套智能化底部出料振冲碎石桩设备,粤工驳42号搭载3套;另外有配套船只7艘,设备总投入上亿元。我公司从总体方案制定、试验验证、设备生产制造、设备调试、现场组装、施工人员技术培训、技术服务与咨询全程参与本项目的进行。作为振冲人想客户所想,急客户所及,以最好的姿态与服务好项目,同时也得到了项目领导班子的高度认可。

        This project is a typical project for high-pile wharf and gravel pile construction in sea area.  It is the largest project ever invested by the Timor-Leste government in the capital Dili and will greatly increase the country's international trade and benefit all Timor-Leste people.  Gravel pile engineering accounts for more than 40% of the total amount of the whole project, so the smooth progress of gravel pile engineering is the most important thing for the normal completion of the project.  38,300 piles with a maximum SPT of 50 strokes were completed onshore and 14,500 piles with a maximum SPT of 70 strokes were completed offshore.  Two gravel pile construction ships are involved in the construction of this project. Yuegong Barge no. 56 is equipped with 4 sets of intelligent bottom discharge vibra-percussion gravel pile equipment, and Yuegong Barge No. 42 is equipped with 3 sets.  In addition, there are 7 supporting vessels, with a total investment of hundreds of millions of yuan.  Our company is involved in the whole process of this project from overall scheme formulation, test and verification, equipment manufacturing, equipment commissioning, on-site assembly, construction personnel technical training, technical service and consultation.  As a vibroflotation person, I think what the customers want and care about what the customers want, and serve the project well with the best attitude.
