黎巴嫩国家音乐学院项目由北京振冲工程机械有限公司专业分包,该项目拟建场地濒临地中海,最近处距地中海仅有100米,拟建场地内约 30%的面积范围内与周边道路基本持平,此部分为周边项目施工时的回填土,土质较杂,性质不均。场地地下水主要为侧向海水直接侵蚀,上部降雨入渗及东侧黎巴嫩山脉地下水均汇集后排泄入地中海。地下水水位受地中海海水水位的直接影响,相应标高0.20~1.30m。地下水位整体变化趋势受雨季降水和东侧地中海潮汐直接影响,地下水位变化幅度约1.5m左右。

The groundwater level is directly affected by the sea water level of Mediterranean Sea, and the corresponding elevation is 0.20 ~ 1.30m. The overall variation trend of groundwater level is directly influenced by rainy season precipitation and eastern Mediterranean tide, and the variation range of groundwater level is about 1.5m.
拟建区域场地的地基土主要分为填土①层、下部中粗砂②层、细砂③层、粉质黏土④层及细砂⑤层、灰岩⑥层等组成。
The foundation soil of the proposed site is mainly composed of fill soil (1) layer, lower coarse sand (2) layer, fine sand (3) layer, silty clay (4) layer, fine sand (5) layer and limestone (6) layer.
为消除地基土液化并同时增强地基土承载力等参数,采用振冲挤密法;场地在竖直方向上地基土的工程性质差异较大,场地内地下水对混凝土结构具有中腐蚀性,对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋具有弱腐蚀性,在干湿交替环境下对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋具强腐蚀性。因此采用振冲挤密和长螺旋钻孔素灌注桩联合施工。
In order to eliminate liquefaction and enhance bearing capacity of foundation soil, vibro-compaction method is adopted. The engineering properties of the foundation soil in the vertical direction of the site are quite different. The water in the site has moderate corrosion to the concrete structure, weak corrosion to the steel in the reinforced concrete structure, and strong corrosion to the steel in the reinforced concrete structure in the alternate dry and wet environment. Therefore, a combination of vibro-compaction and long auger bored pile is adopted.
于疫情原因,同时保障项目的正常进行,在公司领导的大力支持、经营人员的努力协调下,该项目于2020年10月6日人员进场做施工前期准备。此项目工程难点为场地地下水位较高,正值黎巴嫩雨季,为施工增加了难度,另外黎巴嫩当地疫情严重和当地局势不稳给施工带来了诸多不便。我团队通过合理部署工作,克服了重重困难,同时与黎巴嫩当地工作人员通力合作,积极配合甲方保质保量完成了施工任务,赢得甲方的高度认可!
Due to the epidemic situation, and to ensure the normal progress of the project, with the strong support of the company's leaders and the coordination of the operation staff, the project personnel entered the site on October 6, 2020 to prepare for the preliminary construction. The difficulty of this project is that the ground water level of the site is high and it is the rainy season in Lebanon, which makes the construction more difficult. In addition, the serious epidemic situation and unstable situation in Lebanon have brought many inconvenience to the construction. Through reasonable deployment, our team overcame numerous difficulties and cooperated with local staff in Lebanon to complete the construction task with high quality and quantity, which won high recognition from Party A.
目前援黎巴嫩国家高等音乐学院项目于2021年6月15日顺利竣工,仍有部分人员坚守岗位处理收尾工作。在该项目中场地液化处理振冲挤密完成4万2千多延米,长螺旋钻孔素灌注桩共浇筑混凝土2万6千多立方。
At present, the project of assisting Lebanon National Conservatory of Music has been successfully completed on June 15, 2021, and some staff are still sticking to their posts to handle the final work. In this project, more than 42,000 meters of vibro-compaction were completed through liquefaction treatment, and more than 26,000 cubic meters of concrete were poured into long aukscrew bored plain casting-in piles。
